New XLR inputs, MADI, a 16-way multiview and Thunderbolt for Resolve replay. Blackmagic's ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 at NAB 2025.

This one sits between the smaller ATEM Minis and the big production switchers like the 1 M/E and Constellation. It has the button style of those larger panels, plus built-in knobs and a fader for tactile control.
The 3.5mm headphone-style connectors are gone, replaced by two combo XLR / quarter-inch inputs on the back. That's huge. It ends the constant XLR-to-3.5mm converting at events. There's also an SDI input for MADI that adds 32 channels of audio, so you can hook up the Blackmagic Mic Converter through the MADI port.
Macro buttons run across the top so you can fire macros from the panel instead of walking to a computer, and it records and streams directly from the unit as before. Channel controls, select and solo, are in line with each input. Release timing at the show was July. It's HDMI, and I'm still waiting on an SDI version.
